- Outputs may sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete
- You remain responsible for reviewing and validating any generated content
- Third-party tools may apply their own terms, policies, and limitations
The Service must not be used to perform unlawful, harmful, or abusive automations, including sending unsolicited messages, scraping without authorization, fraud, or privacy violations.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Make.com, Google, Meta, CRM systems, analytics tools, and AI models. BotEngine is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or data handling practices of these external services.
8. User Responsibilities

9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials available on BotEngine remain the property of BotEngine or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without explicit permission.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and processing of your information as described in that policy and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. BotEngine is not liable for:
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
- Failures in third-party integrations
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Incorrect implementation of automations by the user
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotEngine’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user in the previous 6 months of service.
12. Termination
BotEngine may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time in case of violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting support.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
